Order processing

Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order. You will receive an email with a tracking link after the order has been fulfilled.

Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays.

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 working days using Matkahuolto as the primary shipping provider. Flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders and we do not ship outside of Finland at this
time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat rate for all orders.

International shipping

We do not offer international shipping options at this time.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@assembly.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
